RATES
All rates are for 4 person occupancy and include electricity, internet, as well as housekeeping and pool cleaning twice a week. Additional occupancy may be arranged for an extra fee.

Low Season - May to November: $800 usd per week - $2800 usd per month (min. one week rental)

High Season - November to April: $1000 usd per week - $3400 usd per month (min. 3 nights)

Holiday rates (Christmas/New Years & Easter week): $200 usd per night (min. 3 nights) - $1300 usd per week
